Ethan Mobley, AICP

Owner

As founder and owner of Dynamic Planning + Science, Ethan coordinates product and business development. Ethan leads operations and manages everything behind the scenes from overseeing all planning efforts, to budgets, finances, and contracts. Ethan is an expert in hazard mitigation planning and has served private, local, state, and federal clients in numerous successful projects.

Brian Greer

Data Visualization Manager

Brian leads our data visualization team and brings a wealth of geospatial, data, and graphic design production experience to Dynamic Planning + Science. His primary skill is bringing technologies and technique together to integrate data, graphic, and spatial software in new ways and produce results designed to communicate.

Cory Schreiner

Fire Prevention Service Manager

Cory Schreiner is a Colorado native with 20+ years of experience in the fire service. He is skilled in Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, and Life Safety plan reviews and inspections, and holds several relevant certifications. As a valuable member of our team at Dynamic Planning + Science, Cory is committed to ensuring compliance with regulations and providing high-quality service to clients of all sizes.

Daven Solis

Project Manager

With over 8 years of expertise in Emergency Management and Homeland Security, Daven is a seasoned expert in crisis response and preparedness. His extensive training includes certifications from FEMA, the California Office of Emergency Services, and the Defense Nuclear Weapons School. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on experience in Incident Response, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning, he stands as a pillar of safety and resilience in high-stakes situations.

Raini Ott, AICP, CFM

Planning Associate

Raini has a keen eye for the inter-relatedness of land use impacts and works hard to find solutions within the constraints of regulatory requirements. Facilitating public processes is one of her many passions in planning, along with building trust and meaningful relationships among staff, design professionals, community groups, and other stakeholders.

Alex Krebs

Data Visualization Associate

Alex is a GIS and data visualization specialist. If it has to do with GIS, he has either done it or can learn it. From workflow efficiency development to 3D visualization and web mapping applications; Alex will grab it by the horns. He also has graphic design and web development experience, an important ingredient to GIS work that is often overlooked. Alex has his Master’s in Geography/GIS.

Cassidy Baumann

Intern

Cassidy Baumann is a Senior at Rutgers University. She has worked on university projects that focus on California and New Jersey state policies that deal with housing, as well as projects on contaminated sites and site remediation. Through her studies she has become familiar with policy research, economic development, and tools such as excel, ArcGIS, and IBM SPSS..

Christina Greer

Administrative, Data Analyst

Christina is an excel guru, she keeps our formulas and tables in check. As a former pricing database analyst she works with keen logic to ensure our deliverables meet the highest standard. Christina is our primary data analyst, her eyes pass over each calculation we make and every table we deliver.
