DP+S is pleased to announce ongoing work as contract staff to the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments Water Quality and Quantity Committee (“QQ”). We are also welcoming the long time QQ Director and Staff Attorney, Torie Jarvis, into the DP+S Family.
QQ is a group of elected officials in the headwaters region of the Colorado River Basin working to protect the region’s water quality and quantity.
