DP+S is excited to kick off the first County-wide multi-jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan in Solano County! The project is just getting underway, and will mark the first time all the municipalities and County have worked jointly on analyzing individual and joint vulnerabilities and ways to coordinate mitigation actions.
This hazard mitigation plan provides an opportunity to link lessons learned in the recent LNU Complex fires of 2020, which affected northwestern Solano County near Fairfield and Vacaville this year.
