Tehama County engaged Dynamic Planning + Science to update its 2012 Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan, including a Community Rating System feasibility study and flood inundation mapping for high-risk areas. Our work focused on identifying practical mitigation actions and funding opportunities, ensuring alignment with FEMA grant guidelines. We developed public outreach materials to communicate anticipated flood impacts along the Sacramento River Corridor, supporting both emergency responders and community awareness.
