The City of Delta was recently awarded an Energy Impact and Assistance Fund Grant from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) to update its Comprehensive Plan. Dynamic Planning + Science assisted the City of Delta in writing and submitting the grant for review. Next steps for the City of Delta include drafting an RFP and ultimately choosing a consultant to lead the Comprehensive Plan Update over the next year. The Comprehensive Plan will guide growth and development in the City of Delta over the next 20 years. DP+S is looking forward to being involved in Delta’s Comp Plan Update by assisting in representing the City’s Planning Department throughout the process.
